Final poster and presentation requirements:

Each of you must present progress you made in achieving your learning goals as a poster during our final class. Your poster should include:

mission statement,
learning goals,
at least one learning activity and artifact, and
a sentence or two that sums up your experience and what you learned.

You can be creative in your poster design, or you can use one of the usask research poster templates (https://communications.usask.ca/Templates/templates.php#Researchpostertemplates).

Standards of academic integrity apply to all work you complete during this course, including your posters. If you use an image, quote, paraphrase, etc., you must include proper attribution and/or citation.

You will each have 5 minutes to present, and a total of 5 minutes to request and receive feedback from your peers (10 min maximum).

The format of the poster presentations will be:

You will have 2 minutes to prepare before you begin to present. During this time, share a question you have for your peers to help them provide you with meaningful feedback. Your question should relate to something you want to learn about your presentation style, how else you might continue to develop professionally, or other topics about which your peers can provide input.
You will present for up to 5 minutes. You will have cohost status, so you may record your presentation on your own device if you choose.
After you present, your peers will have three minutes to type their feedback in response to your question into the chat.
We will invite one of your peers to share feedback verbally for up to three minutes.
We will congratulate you for completing your presentation!

Final reflective essay:

The purpose of this essay is to critically examine what you have learned in this class. For example, what you have learned from reflecting on your thinking and your actions, and what, if anything, has changed in your thinking. It should contain examples of ways you apply what you have learned to your professional and/or personal life.

The final reflective essay must be at least 750 to 1,000 words maximum (approximately 3- 4 pages in length) and should be submitted within your eportfolio by the last class.

If you need more time, please ask for it in advance.

Eportfolio documentation:

Make sure you have completed your eportfolio template. You should have, for example, artifacts uploaded and reflective writing posted, goals and accompanying reflections posted, and your mission statement should be finalized and posted.

Review your template to ensure you haven’t missed any instructions, then delete all instruction sets you have completed.
